Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting your content (the “Content”), you hereby irrevocably assign to Harvard Public Relations Limited (the “Company”), all rights throughout the world and in perpetuity, or for the maximum period permitted by law, in any Content that you make and send including without limitation, all ideas, images, film, audio, video, music, text, dialogue, and other material contained therein. You agree that the Company and its permitted assigns shall be entitled to use, reproduce, edit, re-edit, modify, adapt, license and create derivative works from the Content in whole or in part for any purpose, worldwide, in any and all media and in any manner now known or hereafter invented

All Content is submitted by you free of charge and you shall not seek payment of royalties or any other payment for the use set out above. To the extent permitted by law, you waive all moral rights in respect of the Content and confirm that you will not assert any such rights or bring a claim based on the same.

You warrant that: i) the Content is original and does not infringe any copyright work or other intellectual property rights of any third party; ii) you are the owner, author and only person to feature in the Content or you hold all the necessary consents and permissions from any other person involved in the creation of, or featuring in, the Content and have the right to grant the assignment of rights above; and iii) the Content does not breach or infringe any laws, regulations or codes including, without limitation, confidentiality, defamation, image rights, or privacy laws.
